Ark Elvin Academy

The Ark Elvin Academy received a £25m update courtesy of construction group Kier, part of the Brent Council revamp of local schools. The school has the capacity for 1,750 pupils and includes a sixth form capacity of 400.

As well as reinforced concrete for the main block and two wings, the project also included external works such as play areas, an all-weather pitch and a multifunctional games area for team sports.

By working with Kier and delivering construction waste removal and disposal, at Powerday we were able to help keep disruption to the area to a minimum, in addition to providing responsible and environmentally safe practices when transporting and recycling waste.
