With the aim of delivering affordable, quality housing for the community in east Greenwich, construction company Mace gathered stakeholders for the £250m project. The scheme won Gold in the 2015 What House? award for the best mixed-use development.

The new development in Greenwich Square holds 686 homes, providing sustainable housing for Londoners, comes as part of a plan to modernise the area and bring social enhancement to the neighbourhood.

At Powerday, we provided waste management and the provision of hazardous waste removal for the project when it began back in 2012, assisting Mace in deliver fantastic results in a tidy and compliant manner.
