Powerday has been working on One Blackfriars since January 2014. In order to meet the site requirements, we supply all labour, plant and waste away for St George so they can complete this new development adding a new dimension to London’s skyline.

of Facilities

This project includes a 3 level basement, 50 storey high specification residential tower, hotel and podium building situated in Southwark. One Blackfriars will host a superb array of facilities for residents which includes a gym, screening room, thermal suite, wine cellar and 32nd floor Executive Lounge.
