Repton Gardens is a development also focused on improving the lives of Londoners, creating better, more affordable build-to-rent homes for future generations. The three distinct blocks, located in the heart of Wembley, will contain 396 build-to-rent homes, which will be run by Quintain Living , 1,000m2 of ground-floor retail space and a GP surgery. We have been providing a full waste management service on site for McLaren Construction Group since the project began, ensuring 100% of waste is diverted from landfill.
