21 Moorfields is a high-quality commercial development situated in the City of London. The 15-storey development (plus two mezzanine levels) will provide approximately 74,000m² of floor space incorporating football field sized trading floors, office space, restaurants, retail, six roof terraces and a multi-level wellness centre.

Powerday have been providing a range of waste services throughout the construction of the development  including skip hire, compactor collections and hazardous waste management.

Sir Robert McAlpine has committed to reducing absolute scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services 42% by 2030 and 90% by 2045 from a 2020 base year. Building towards an overall commitment to reach net-zero green greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2045.
