We recently visited their £52million pound site at 300 Harrow Road to speak to Jayne., the Senior Environmental Manager for London and East, so she could tell you about how we work together on and off site to help them meet their sustainability goals.

Powerday has been Willmott Dixon‘s go to supplier for waste management services for over 14 years. 300 Harrow Road is a £52m site that will be a mixed-use development of 112 new homes, as well as delivering over 1,400 square metres of community facilities. The development will have 50% of new homes being affordable, either social or intermediate rent, allowing a wide range of people the chance to live in the heart of London. We have been providing a full waste management service of wheelie bins and compactors on site, with a 90% recycling and reuse rate.
