Project Overview:
55–58 Pall Mall is a landmark redevelopment in the heart of London’s historic St James’s district. Spearheaded by our client RED Construction, the project involves the careful retention of the existing façade and the construction of a new seven-storey structure behind it. Once complete, it will offer over 3,200 sqm of high-specification office space with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
Our Role in the Project:
As the appointed waste management partner, Powerday is delivering comprehensive waste and resource solutions that align with the project’s strict environmental targets.
Key Contributions:
On-site waste segregation and recycling processes to enable 100% diversion from landfill
Full Tracking and reporting of waste streams, providing full transparency for RED Construction’s sustainability reporting
