First Load Of Renewable Fuels Produced At Enfield
13th November 2015

Powerday’s new Enfield Materials Recycling Facility produced its first load of renewable fuels this week.
Located at Powerday’s former waste transfer station in the Brimsdown area of Enfield, the new facility mirrors the capabilities of Powerday’s existing larger Old Oak Sidings facility in Willesden Junction. Once fully operational, the plant will process 330,000 tonnes of construction and commercial waste from the London area, producing high quality recycled materials and renewable fuels for the energy from waste market, diverting London’s waste from landfill.
The image shows the fist load of renewable fuels being loaded for onward transportation.
