Gold Fors Accreditation Renewed
12th February 2016

Powerday’s gold Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) accreditation, the highest standard of the Transport for London scheme, has been renewed this week after an extensive audit process.
FORS is designed to help improve the safety and efficiency of freight delivery in London and the UK. Accreditation is by successful completion of the audit which covers every aspect of transport management including health & safety, environmental impact, resourcing and training, vehicle maintenance and overall management.
Bill Cox, Transport Manager, Powerday says: “Powerday is committed to best practice in transport management and we are very pleased to have this commitment acknowledged with renewal of our gold accreditation.”
Powerday is one of less than 200 companies operating in the Capital who have achieved gold accreditation for the scheme since it launched in 2008. The company is also a CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety) Champion.
