Powerday Awarded Fors Gold

Powerday has been awarded the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) gold accreditation, the highest standard of the Transport for London scheme. View our case study here.

FORS is designed to help improve the safety and efficiency of freight delivery in London and the UK. Accreditation is by successful completion of an extensive audit which covers every aspect of transport management including health & safety, environmental impact, resourcing and training, vehicle maintenance and overall management.

Bill Cox, Transport Manager, Powerday says: “We are very pleased to have our commitment to best practice in transport acknowledged by FORS with this gold accreditation. We will be continuing to build on this recognition and improve our fleet management.”

Powerday is one of only around 50 companies operating in the Capital who have achieved gold accreditation for the scheme since it launched in 2008. The company is also a CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety) Champion.

Our certificate can be found on our documents page.
