Powerday Becomes Clocs Champion
17th November 2014

Powerday is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the status of CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety) Champion.
CLOCS aims to ensure that construction companies follow effective practice in the management of their operations, vehicles, drivers and construction sites to protect vulnerable road users. CLOCS Champions are actively implementing the standards required by the scheme.
Bill Cox, Powerday’s Transport Manager said “Powerday is fully committed to ensuring the safety of vulnerable road users. We will continue to improve our practices looking at all aspects of road safety.”
All of Powerday’s new vehicles are fitted with a four way camera system (front, rear and both sides), motion sensors and a reverse and turning warning system. All vehicles comply with CLOCS standards.
