Powerday Celebrates Building Awards 2013

Joining over 1,300 others at Grosvenor House, Park Lane last week, Powerday and guests celebrated excellence in the construction industry at the prestigious Building Awards 2013.

Powerday was proud sponsor of the Contractor of the Year (over £300m) Award for the third year running. Willmot Dixon, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned capital works, regeneration and support service companies, was the worthy winner this year with finalists Sir Robert McAlpine, McLaren Construction Group and Galiford Try.

Rob Brydon presented the awards on an evening dominated by the Shard which won a number of awards including Project of the Year.
