Powerday Gold Fors Accreditation Renewed
28th February 2017

Powerday’s Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) Gold accreditation has been renewed ensuring the company retains the highest standard of the Transport for London scheme.
FORS is designed to help improve the safety and efficiency of freight delivery in London and the UK. Renewal of the accreditation is by successful completion of an extensive audit which covers every aspect of transport management including health & safety, environmental Impact, resourcing and training, vehicle maintenance and overall management.
Bill Cox, Transport Manager, Powerday says: “This is the third year that we have obtained the highest level in safe and efficient fleet operations. That we obtain this standard year on year is without doubt a testament to our approach to corporate responsibility and our commitment to be at the forefront of all safety inspired initiatives. We are extremely proud in achieving this standard once again”.
Powerday achieved Gold accreditation in 2015 at which time the company was one of only 50 operators in the Capital to hold the highest standard. Powerday is also a CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Community Safety) Champion and a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Powerday’s FORS Gold accreditation certificate can be downloaded from our documents page.
