Powerday Starts On Prince Of Wales Drive

Powerday has started work on the Berkeley Group’s new Battersea project at Prince of Wales Drive.
The Zone 1 development on the doorstep of Battersea Park includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes with cafés, shops, a crèche, pool, sauna, steam room and basement parking.
Powerday has worked with the Berkeley Group, which won this year’s WhatHouse Housebuilder of the Year Award, for over ten years. The company is providing a comprehensive onsite logistics service at Prince of Wales Drive including provision of onsite labour, supervision and consumables backed up by our transport and waste processing facilities.
The first phase of construction for 299 units started this month and is due for completion in September 2020.
