Powerday’s ‘shirt Amnesty’ With London Irish Gets Underway!
17th August 2011

Powerday’s shirt recycling initiative got underway this week as the London Irish shirts for the new season went on general sale.
The offer which gives fans a £10.00 discount voucher when buying a new replica or pro-fit shirt, means thatfans simply have to return their old replica jersey to claim the discount.
Powerday, working with charity LV=SOS Kit Aid will be sending the returned shirts to promote rugby to disadvantaged areas around the world.
Two current London Irish players Clarke Dermody and James Sandford, are seen in the image below launching the initiative at the Madejski Stadium megastore.
