Page 1 In 2024, we made the decision to align our carbon reporting with our financial and social value reporting, moving from calendar year to financial year (August to July). We are bringing our sustainability objective setting and annual Manifesto publication in line with this, and as part of this process will be carrying out a materiality assessment and review of our sustainability pillars. In the meantime, we are pleased to publish this Interim Manifesto in June 2025, to share our progress from 2024 and the short-term objectives we are working towards until our new financial year. To enable this reporting change, we have recalculated the baseline year for our operationally net zero target, and this will move from 2021 to 2020/21. This re-baselining has been carried out in line with our re-baselining policy. We will share further details on this change over the coming months and hope you enjoy this update in the interim.
