24-HOUR RECYCLING CENTRE IN LONDON
Recycling is at the heart of what we do, which is why we’ve invested in our fantastic recycling centres based in London, which are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At all of our sites we help to sort recyclable materials and process residual materials for future use as renewable fuels.
We provide performance reporting and documentation on all our processes and can provide effective consultancy to help you deliver improved performance for your business.
Powerday provides storage, collection and recycling services for plasterboard and other gypsum waste including artex and ceiling tiles.
Powerday provides wood recycling services designed to make the best use of these materials. We ensure that waste wood is diverted from landfill and moved up the waste hierarchy with materials remaining in the UK.
For ultimate transparency and traceability when it comes to your waste, at Powerday we provide material processing which can be tracked from collection to the end destination – whether that’s for renewable fuels or recycled materials.

Powerday provides storage and collection of aggregate material for recycling, enabling these to be reused on your site or in other construction environments. We also provide tipping facilities for construction aggregate at all our sites.
Powerday delivers market leading plastic recycling services designed to keep these materials in the UK and, wherever possible, keep them in the circular economy.
The construction industry produces many different types of materials that are often placed in mixed containers, particularly in central London. Many of these materials can be easily recycled and at Powerday we sort all construction waste for recyclables, then process the residuals to be used as renewable fuels.
We were pleased to have awarded this contract to Powerday. They have delivered their services efficiently and reliably, achieved high recycling rates and 100% recovery, meeting our requirements throughout the project. They have been easy to deal with, reasonable and fair. We have been particularly impressed with their account management and waste reporting capabilities
